Vietnam has accomplished many great things, resulting in qualitative changes in the country’s position and power. To that end, Vietnam has strengthened its international relations by joining international organizations. Unicef (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund) is a relief fund established by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 1946 in New York City. Guided by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, UNICEF has a universal mission to promote and protect the rights of all children, everywhere especially those who are difficult to access and most at risk most muscular. Unicef’s current project in Vietnam is Innovation for Children. Children’s innovation is the integration of solutions from education to the environment to solve three major problems, including building communities smart enough to adapt to climate change; smart schools; and children learning through leadership. Unicef has created a strong impetus to help the world develop its economy, improve soft power, become a more beautiful world, bring a better life to the world, disadvantaged children.
