1.   Sarah failed college. “It’s awful.” – Sarah said to herself. Locked in an empty room, she sobbed. In the past, she always boasted to neighbors and relatives that she was a good student in Math, yet her test scores were below average in the subject she was most proud of. Then neighbors, what will people think of Sarah? What face does she have to face everyone? In Sarah’s head right now are negative thoughts. She wanted to end her life. Still a little rational, a thought flashed in Sarah’s mind, she decided to live a happy life before committing suicide. Thinking to do, picking up the phone, Sarah called her best friends and planned a trip.

      Along the way, Sarah sat by the window watching the world around with the eyes of a sleep-deprived person. Wondering why she looks like a failure? Her eyes lit up again, and she smiled like a madman. A wry smile because she was determined to have fun this time around. 

     Arriving there, the first thing Sarah and her friends did was step out to admire the scenery. Sarah and her flowing dress walked on the sand, the sea breeze blew her hair. Looking out into the distant sky, “This world turns out to be still so beautiful!” – Sarah thought. Late at night, having fun with friends for a long time, Sarah separated her from the crowd, walking alone in the deep forest. Sarah wandered barefoot. Suddenly, a strange light attracted her. The magic of the strange light attracted Sarah, she strode towards it. Appearing before Sarah’s eyes were fireflies. She was amazed and exclaimed, “It’s amazing!”. To get closer, Sarah took long strides. Suddenly, she slipped and fell down the cliff. Sarah quickly grasped the tree branch, she panicked and called for help, but where did the shadow of a person come from in the deep forest? Now, when standing between the boundary of life and death, Sarah thought again. Thinking about her arrogance that led to her failure to go to college, thinking about her parents still at home waiting for her to come home, thinking about the encouraging words of her friends, thinking about the world that still has so many beautiful things that she hasn’t yet. know…Sarah has really regretted it, she wants to live on. But before that time, Sarah fell over the edge. If this is just a dream, Sarah will definitely try to study when she wakes up, and will definitely start all over again.

     Sarah woke up with a shock. It had been only a dream!
