   S + asked/asked + sb/wanted to know/wondered + if/whether + Clause

   S + asked/asked + sb/wondered/wanted to know + Clause 

   S + asked/told/advised/ordered/wanted/warned + sb + (not) + to V-inf

   cụm từ “or not” thì khi chuyển sang câu gián tiếp chúng ta bắt buộc phải sử dụng “whether” thay vì “if”
