Vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. Every year my school closes in the middle of May and reopens by the first week of July. As my Annual exams get over and the results are declared so it’s the time when I can relax without the worries of my studies and exams. This time I got promoted to class sixth form class fifth. After the hard labor for the examinations, I wanted some rest so I put aside my books for a few weeks and want to spend my whole time with my friends and family. On the very first morning of my holidays I went out to play with my friends but it was very hot and humid outside so we decided to play indoor games. It was too hot in Delhi, the sun was scorching and the wind was deliberating. Fortunately, my father was taking me to Nainital. I and my parents reached Rishikesh, it’s very pleasant there and our resort was also very beautiful and full of greenery near the bank of River Ganga. My uncle, my aunty, and my cousins were all very excited to see all of us. They welcomed us with a warm heart. At Rishikesh, I went to the bank of River Ganga in the morning and it was very pleasant to see hundreds of men and women bathing in the stream of Ganga and then offering prayers in the different temples of its “Ghats”. Then we left to see other beautiful places at Rishikesh. We visited Laxmi jhoola, Triveni ghat and many other spots all fascinated me. I saw a large number of trees bearing beautiful fruits and flowers. In the evening resort arranged a bonfire for all guests at the bank of Ganga. We all enjoyed ourselves a lot, make some new friends, and had delicious snacks followed by an equally delicious
