  1.      To maintain and protect our health every day, we should eat a reasonable and full range of nutrients. Need to add healthy foods such as green vegetables, fruits, whole grains… to keep your body vibrant and as optimal as possible.Besides, a healthy lifestyle, keeping the surroundings clean, getting enough sleep are positive actions that we should maintain every day to strengthen the immune system and it gives us the strength to overcome health related problems.The daily exercise routine has helped me to be healthier, feel more positive and confident. In addition, we should not use stimulants and drugs, this is a bad habit that affects health and easily leads to cancer, respiratory disease, weakened immune system, increased risk of infection

  2. Nowadays , health is a big concern of people and I think that there’re several ways for us to become healthier . Firstly , you should follow a balanced diet and avoid bad habits . Everyday , you had better eat more vegetables and fruits as well as drink more water . However , it’s not good for you to have much meat and fast food because they can cause you some diseases . Secondly , regular excercises are the best for you to maintain a good health condition . For example , you can choose some easy and inexpensive sports to practise such as : jogging , running , swimming , etc . These will help us stronger and stronger day by day . Lastly , you should get enough sleep at night . That is about 6 to 8 hours per day then you will feel so comfortable and healthy for a new day . In short , good diet , regular excercises and getting enough sleep are the keys for you to have a good healthy so you can enjoy your beautiful lives .
