The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in big cities like Hanoi are usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless or drunken drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, driving fast and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of government but also awareness of ourselves.
