Currently, many universities and major information agencies in the world have oriented training in digital humanities, considering it as one of the main tasks of librarians in the present and future times. future. However, to be able to effectively apply digital humanities requires an investment of time as well as a long-term strategic plan. Libraries with the traditional role of providing services and providing information to many different users will have a lot of potential in applying new technological achievements to support the community. Today, libraries can become places to help reproduce more valuable sources of information and documents, inspire and connect many fields and researchers. Planning, storing, managing data, starting new studies and providing suggestions, publication sources, references, citations, projects… will be the new work that the researchers future deployable library. Libraries will have to be more proactive in applying digital humanities as an intermediary connecting scientists. It is more effective if the library connects many researchers with similar interests in the same field. For the social sciences and humanities, libraries play a very important role. Much of today’s research needs to be supported by new tools, technologies, and librarians. Sometimes they are more knowledgeable about the document than the researcher and from there they can support the research process in general and the humanities in particular in the most effective way. Libraries can play an important role in promoting the development of the digital humanities. When applying new technologies, the library will become an effective interactive channel, an incubator for many creative ideas, not just a place to provide traditional services. The older generation of humanities researchers lacked sensitivity to technologies. Therefore, they need support from librarians to improve the quality of their own research. However, the capacity requirements of librarians must be enhanced to be able to support researchers in applying digital humanities. The ability to use tools as well as technical knowledge and skills is indispensable. In addition, they need to master information resources and services in the system. These things are very necessary for librarians in the future, especially when digital humanities are widely applied. The role of libraries in the digital humanities also needs to be repositioned. The future library is not only a place to provide documents, but also can become a place of interdisciplinary activities. From there, it helps to reduce the pressure for humanities researchers when they have to rely on technology researchers for support. The library will become an intermediary, unaffected by any inherent notions, a place that connects everyone together. Libraries of the future will provide information in the most active space available to everyone. There, a variety of activities and rich experiences will be effectively deployed, spreading knowledge and arousing a strong passion for learning and scientific discovery. For example, in the Library Lab model: The library will be the place where ideas are implemented. Librarians can help researchers bring their ideas to life and help connect other researchers to the research process. Former librarians always had the attitude of serving people. However, by applying digital humanities, they can support researchers and become partners, not just servers. Working in a collaborative environment will overcome many limitations, create positive critical thinking, and contribute to improving the quality of research works. They can join the researcher, exchange and inspire as well as work motivation, and can even help the scientist to plan the research strategy and plan in the most optimal way. To achieve these, librarians need to receive more training on new technologies continuously and more systematically because technology is constantly changing. If they stop somewhere and only use traditional tools, they will quickly fall behind, be left behind and fail to meet the requirements for digital humanities activities. In addition, libraries also need to invest more in the procurement, creation, and support of applications and software to serve the implementation of new technologies. The team of collaborators knowledgeable about new technologies will be a great resource to help libraries successfully deploy digital humanities applications. Digital humanities is a very new research field in Vietnam. The application of digital achievements and computer science to the study of humanities is more necessary and important than ever. Digital humanities will help agencies and organizations preserve and preserve cultural values, heritage and documents in the most effective way. Besides, the role of libraries is quite important
