    Hello! Today I will talk about our health. Health is realy important for people and animal . First , we should wash our hand everyday after go to the toilet , before eating meal ,…If you do not usualy wash your hand , you will be flu. We shoud eat healthy food , too like vegetable , fruit…You should not eat junk food and drink soda much because you will be obesity . You should go to bed early because sleep is important for your health. You should also stay in shape with daily exercise.     The present life is full of temptations. It is easy to get caught up in a life of debauchery. This leads to people who are at a young age but in extremely poor health. I always try to follow a healthy lifestyle. I think living in the world is not difficult. The right way to live, not everyone can do it. Every day I get up early to make breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal for me. It will give me the energy to stay active for half a day. My breakfast is not fancy but will be full of nutrients. Lunch can be a little light and so can dinner. I spend 30 minutes every day doing yoga. Exercises make my body feel more comfortable. Thanks to practicing yoga, I feel my body is more balanced. I drink 2 liters of water every day. I always tell myself to drink enough water. I try not to use stimulants because I think it is not good for health. With good health, I can do many useful things. My life will become more beautiful.

    I used to have a pretty bad health condition. I often feel tired. Cui often has to use painkillers and coffee to stay awake. Fortunately, I have a friend who is a doctor. He advised me to arrange a time to relax to make sure my mind is at ease. Every day I take time to go for a walk and clear my mind. I feel like I can be more productive after relaxing. This is completely different from how tired I was before. An indispensable thing for good health is playing sports. I would spend one session a week playing tennis or swimming. Exercise makes my body feel good. Thanks to the helpful advice from my friends, up to now my health is quite good. I always feel full of energy every time I start a new day.
