1. VII :

   31.We haven’t seen for a long time.

   =>It’s + time + since + S (last) + V2/ed

   =Phủ định của hiện tại hoàn thành : S + have/has not + Vpp + since/for + time

   32.Before my mother came home, my father had watered all the plants in the garden.

   =>By the time =Before =When + S + V2/ed, S + had + Vpp

   *Hành động xảy ra trước chia ở quá khứ hoàn thành, hành động xảy ra sau chia ở quá khứ đơn.

   33.The pollution problems have been discussed by the students since last week.

   =>Bị động với hiện tại hoàn thành : S + have/has (not) + been Vpp + (by O)

   34.If he weren’t late every day, he wouldn’t lose his job.

   *Cấu trúc câu điều kiện Loại 2 ( Unreal condition in the present ) :

   If + S + V2/ed ( be ->were/were not ), S + would/could/should (not) + V_inf

   =>Câu điều kiện loại 2 là câu điều kiện không có thực ở hiện tại. Trong câu điều kiện Loại 2, vế đầu nói về một điều kiện mà người nói tin rằng không thể xảy ra trong hiện tại ( chứa If ), vế sau chỉ kết quả có thể xảy ra trong hiện tại.
