   =>Although + S + V, S + V : Mặc dù…

   – Dịch : Mặc dù anh ấy thường nói dối, nhiều người tin tưởng anh ấy.

   8.Although he is very tired, he has to finish his homework.

   or Despite being very tired, he has to finish his homework.

   9.Despite the dark sky, he took a lot of photographs.

   10.In spite of not earning much money, she spends like a millionaire.

   11.In spite of being very tired, I couldn’t sleep.

   *Although =Though =Eventhough + S + V, S + V : Mặc dù….

   ->Khi chuyển từ Although về Despite/ In spite of, ta có 3 cách biến đổi như sau :

   C1 : Despite/ In spite of + Ving, S + V 

   =>Dùng C1 khi đồng chủ ngữ, ta bỏ S và chuyển V thành Ving

   C2 : Despite/ In spite of + his/her/my/…+ Adj + N, S + V

   =>Dùng C2 khi không đồng chủ ngữ nhưng có dạng danh từ

   C3 : Despite/ In spite of + the/ his/her/ our + N

   =>Dùng C3 khi không đồng chủ ngữ, không có dạng danh từ

   -Khi viết lại từ Although về Despite/ In spite of mà có dạng : Although + there is/are + …., S + V thì ta bỏ there is/are và giữ nguyên các vế còn lại.
