   (Clause, but + clause : nhưng = Even though + clause, clause : Mặc dù)

   (whom: thay thế cho danh từ chỉ người ; làm túc từ trong MĐQH)

   3. The building which was built on the hillside belongs to my father.

   (which: thay thế cho danh từ chỉ vật ; câu trên which là chủ từ)

   4. If today weren’t Sunday, the students would go to school.

   (Câu điều kiện loại 2: If + S + was/were + …, S + would/coud/might/… + Vinf
