1. + For + 1 khoảng thời gian ( VD : 3 years , 2 months , 5 weeks , … ) 

   + Since + 1 mốc thời gian ( VD : 1999 , last month , … ) / mệnh đề chia thì quá khứ đơn 

   6 . since 

   – ”I graduated university” – mệnh đề chia thì quá khứ đơn -> dùng ”since”

   7 . since 

   – ”She was ten years old” – mệnh đề chia thì quá khứ đơn -> dùng ”since”

   8 . for 

   – Three hours ( 3 giờ đồng hồ , 3 tiếng ) – khoảng thời gian -> dùng ”for”
