    Hi guys , My name is Hung .Firstly My health is quite good due to maintaining a very healthy diet. Especially, after every hour after school, my friends and I all go swimming to improve our health. We often go swimming in Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Secondly, To avoid obesity, I exercise regularly and eat healthily. I am very limited in eating fast food and oily foods .My mother used to cook me tuna salad, and to this day I still like it because it is very healthy and low in oil. And the end I hope in the future, my body will be more balanced and healthy .
