Pham Xuan Tien is the name my parents gave me when I was born. But everyone in the family still used to call me Baby Whistle. That name seems to suit my petite body. I am very strong but also naughty so my mother told me that I cannot grow up. Every afternoon, when I come home from school, I often go with my friends Son and Tuan to carry a bottle to pour crickets. When we are bored, we invite each other to fight and fight. My house is full of marbles, spinning, insisting, can’t find a doll or a costume. Dad often laughed and teased me, “Our Baby Whistle should be a boy”. It’s naughty, but I also study hard! In class, Baby Whis is always at the top. Last year, I was also sent by the school to compete for excellent students in Literature. My biggest dream is to become a pilot, fly really big and big planes to the high and clear blue sky above. I am confident that I will make that dream come true.
